About This Project

In order to create extra fractionation capacity, a new expansion area was designed and constructed. The new cleanroom area included the installation of 4 additional fractionation vessels, 2 rinse vessels, and 4 buffer vessels. In the project scope, there was an additional cold room (5 degC) grade C to allocate a filter press.

Three air handling units were successfully installed and commissioned. The project was completed with the increase of the glycol production plant with a new ammonia compressor and water condensing unit.
